The Most Flawless Time of Year

By Moranda Thomas

Tis the season to be flawless. Just as we are transitioning into fall fashion, we are also transitioning into fall beauty. That’s right! Plum, gold, mahogany, and rustic orange galore! As we enter this blissful season, there are a few beauty tips every girl should take to.

Although pinks are absolutely beautiful, it is out with the old and in with the new, or shall I say, “Out with the bright, and in with the bold.” Some wonderful lip colors for the fall include deep reds, bold oranges, and pretty purples. A few lip colors that every girl should have in their bags this Fall are: Cyber by M.A.C., Besame Mucho by NARS, and Salem Valentine Liquid Lipstick by Lime Crime.

To go with these lip colors, some fabulous and affordable eyeshadows are MILANI’s Bella Champagne Eyeshadow, Bella Copper Eyeshadow, and Rich Java Baked Eyeshadow. To complement these amazing shades, Elf’s Peachy Cheeky blush/highlighter, baked highlighter in Moonlight Pearls, and also their baked bronzer in Maui. You can never go wrong with these flavorful Fall cosmetics.

Many celebrities are already showing off their Fall faces. One fan favorite celebrity of Instagram is Keke Palmer. Palmer can be seen sporting a dark lip with a dazzling soft beat in many of her recent Instagram photos. In fact, I attempted to recreate one of her “fleek” (as many Instagrammers might call it) Fall looks on Taiya Johnson, Michigan State University freshman.

To achieve this look, or a look similar, check out the products listed above, and take on this Fall season fiercely!
